You might need one of our care assistants to stay with you while the person who normally looks after you has a short break.
Domestic help
Our care in the home includes cleaning the house, washing up, doing the laundry and ironing. If necessary we can also arrange to undertake a spring clean of your home.
Shopping
We will do your daily shopping and go on errands such as collecting your benefits, pensions or prescriptions.
Meal preparation
Our standard homecare plans usually include making sandwiches and light meals like soup. We can also prepare home-made hot meals for you – we simply need to allow our care assistants more time.
Respite Care
Respite in the client house.
Sometimes we are asked to look after a client to give their dependent relative or friend the opportunity to have a break and re-charge their batteries.
Home Care
Enterprise Care Support is experienced in every level of home care – whether for accidents, rehabilitation patients; the chronically ill; the Paediatric population; the elderly; the disabled; stroke, cancer, Alzheimer’s patients; post-hospital convalescents; and those with short or long term illnesses.
The very concept of Enterprise Care Support is one that is rooted in the most basic human need – the need we all have for independence, familiar surroundings and the companionship of caring individuals. From the beginning, Enterprise Care Support has striven to treat every patient with compassion and dignity – just like family.
Home care services are provided to help vulnerable adults meet personal, domestic and special needs in their own homes. The aim is to encourage the service user to continue to do things that they can do while we help them with the things that they can no longer do and help them stay in their homes for as long as possible.
Whatever you need we believe that you should be the one in control, making sure the care we provide is exactly what you want by ensuring that:
- We sit with you to draw up your personal care plan
- You get the same carers to provide continuity of service.
- Your carers arrive at a regular time that suits you.
- If you expect an hour’s worth of care you get an hour.
- Specialist care which need a particular language need.
